Everything parents ask before they book.
Can I bring my own cake and food?
Yes. Bring cake, candles, food, drinks and your own tableware — plates, cups, napkins, knives and forks. A qualified educator runs the art session; the food side stays with you. We provide the studio, the art and the cleanup.
How long is the party, and how much is hosted?
2.5 hours of exclusive studio time. A qualified early childhood educator hosts the art for the first 1 to 1.5 hours (depending on the activity and the children), then the studio is yours for cake and food.
How many adults can stay?
Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy it. At least one parent of the birthday child stays on site for the whole party.
What if not all the kids come?
You're priced on the number of children you book. Let us know your final headcount at least 48 hours before and we'll set up to match.
Can I decorate the space?
Yes — bring balloons, banners, anything you like, and set up before guests arrive. No helium tanks or open flame. We take it all down at the end.
What about allergies?
You bring the food, so allergies stay with you — just note anything in your booking. Our art materials are non-toxic and free of common contact allergens.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Plans change — you can reschedule free up to 14 days before your party. Because we hold the whole studio exclusively for you, payments aren't refundable, but your booking transfers to another available date.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. You'll get an instant confirmation email the moment you book.
